Elon was a Zebulonite, the eleventh Judge of Israel. He judged Israel for 10 years, following Ibzab, until his death. He was buried in Aijalon, Zebulun. [1]
Etymology
The name Elon (Heb:אֵילוֹן ) means "oak" or, by extension, "Mighty one".
